Where do you ship?

Jpmomas is based in Sydney Australia so any order placed on our website will only have an Australian shipping option. For international orders please use our live chat function and one of our representatives can organize international orders.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns for simple change of mind about the product, however, we do accept refunds and exchanges for gowns received in a damaged or imperfect condition.
If gowns are received in a damaged condition please contact us within 5 days of receiving your gown.
